Sound familiar?

"We've all been there."

Standing in the grocery store, trying to remember what's at home.

Did we already buy ketchup?
🔍Where did I put the extension cord?
📄When does the Subaru registration expire?
🔧When was the furnace filter last changed?

You text your spouse. They don't know either. You buy it anyway. You get home to find three bottles of ketchup in the pantry — and the warranty buried in a drawer.

Your home already has a memory. It just lives in too many places.

What Listo Home is

One place for everything your home knows

Not just a list app. A household operating system — inventory, documents, schedules, and vendors in one searchable, structured database.

📦

Home Inventory

Every item, exactly where it lives. Kitchen → Fridge → Top Shelf. Find anything instantly. Syncs in real time across your whole family.

🧠

Household Knowledge

Warranties, maintenance records, vendor contacts, appliance specs. Ask "what size filter does the furnace take?" and get the exact answer.

📅

Calendar & Reminders

Expiration dates, service appointments, registration renewals. Your home's schedule — automatically tracked, with reminders before things slip.

🛒

Shopping & Recipes

Collaborative lists that sync live. Recipe suggestions matched to what you actually have. One tap to add missing ingredients.

The big difference

Bring your own AI. Keep your own data.

1

Your AI, your choice

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible model. Listo Home stores the truth. Your AI explains it.

2

The model never holds the memory

Your household data lives in your database — not trapped in a chat thread. Switch AI models anytime without losing a thing.

3

Deterministic answers, not hallucinations

"When does the AC warranty expire?" returns the exact date from your records — not a model's best guess.

Your home's long-tail memory

Beyond grocery lists — the stuff that actually matters when something breaks, expires, or needs servicing.

📄

Documents

Warranties, contracts, inspection reports. Upload a PDF and ask questions about it. Your solar warranty is never buried again.

🔧

Maintenance Plans

Furnace filters, AC tune-ups, gutter cleaning. Set it once and get reminders. "What's due this month?" gets a real answer.

🧑‍🔧

Vendors

Pest control, plumber, solar installer. Contact info, account numbers, service history. Find your HVAC guy in 2 seconds.

📅

Events & Expiries

Car registration, insurance renewals, kids' appointments. One calendar for everything the house needs.

💡

Reference Facts

Furnace filter size. WiFi password. Gate code. Paint color in the hallway. Tiny facts that cost hours when you don't have them.

📝

Notes & House Rules

Instructions for the house-sitter. Private notes only you see. Quick capture for anything that doesn't fit elsewhere.

Your data stays yours.

💬
“My family had mental notes, scattered lists, Alexa lists, too many texts. I'd stand in the store trying to remember if we had cinnamon. I looked for existing apps — nothing worked for how a household actually operates. I spent 20 years building complex systems for telecom companies. I knew this was solvable.

Listo Home is what I wished existed: not just an inventory app, but the OS layer your home has always needed — and one where you own every bit of memory it holds.”

FAQ

Common questions

Not at all. The app works fully without any external AI — all your inventory, schedules, and documents are browsable in-app. Connecting Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client adds a natural language layer on top.

Your household data lives in a Supabase database with row-level security — even we can't cross household boundaries. Documents are processed locally where possible. You can export everything via CSV. No AI model reads your data unless you explicitly connect one via MCP.

That's exactly who we built the core for. Inventory, shopping lists, and recipe features work like any family app — no AI setup needed. The BYO AI features are there if you want them, invisible if you don't.

Yes — CSV import with a preview step so you approve what gets created. Downloadable template included.

You'll get an invite code by email, create your household in under 5 minutes, and use the full app free while in beta. You'll also get a direct line to Dave for feedback — and locked early pricing when we launch publicly.
